Meet the Team

At W1N, we’re more than just a team—we’re a group of innovators, strategists, and go-getters passionate about redefining what it means to achieve greatness. Each member of our crew brings a unique blend of expertise and energy, united by a shared mission to help our athletes and community unlock their full potential.

  • Will Naylor, a Clifton, VA native, was a Hall of Fame three-sport athlete at Paul VI Catholic High School before earning a Division I Baseball scholarship to Radford University and pursuing a professional career with the Philadelphia Phillies. Following his playing days, he became a transformative sales leader and spent over a decade co-founding and leading Elite Mental Game, helping athletes at all levels build mental toughness, strategic thinking, and a winning mindset.

As the founder of W1N, Will is dedicated to uncovering each athlete’s “why,” removing mental barriers, and empowering them to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

  • Skyler Bonneau, a Dallas, Texas native, has dedicated his life to football and athlete development. A standout quarterback at Coppell High School, he led the Coppell Cowboys during his junior and senior seasons before earning a scholarship to play at West Texas A&M. He later transferred to the University of Texas, where he showcased his versatility as a QB, RB, and deep snapper from 2019 to 2021 while completing a master’s degree in sports management.

Now serving as a lead football coach, Skyler is passionate about shaping the next generation of athletes. His mission is to instill discipline, resilience, and a winning mindset.

  • Ariana Rogers is a holistic health coach and founder of Intuitive Nutrition, where she guides clients to transform their health by addressing the deep connections between nutrition, subconscious trauma, and emotional well-being. With a background in nutrition science and a master's degree in holistic nutrition, Ariana blends functional knowledge with intuitive practices, helping individuals heal from the inside out. Her work integrates practical dietary support, somatic movement, and subconscious reprogramming to empower clients to create sustainable, lasting change.

  • Carrie J. Perna, a Tampa, FL native, is a mindset coach and expert in post-athletic transition. A professional dancer who returned to the stage after a career-ending injury, Carrie understands the personal and professional challenges athletes face both during and after their careers. As the founder of Cali Elite, she has worked as a mindset coach to athletes at every stage of their journey—whether they’re actively competitive, recovering from injury, or transitioning into retirement. Now, as Head of Post-Athletic Transition at W1N, Carrie uses her expertise to guide athletes through successful transitions into the next phase of their lives—empowering them to build resilience, redefine their purpose, and thrive beyond their sport.

  • James is a DMV-based Creative Director and Photographer with a deep love for nature, art, food, and, of course, puddles. As the youngest of seven, he’s a true people person, passionate about creating, teaching, and exploring new perspectives.
